Prowise Privacy Commitment: recertification successful!

Fantastic news! We at Prowise have again managed to secure Privacy Verified recertification for 2023. This ensures that you can have full confidence in us to protect your data to the best of our ability.

This recertification is not just a piece of paper, mind you! It is an initiative of ICTRecht, a top ICT, internet and privacy law consultancy. They take a really close look at how a company handles data protection, including by checking our privacy statement and ICT systems every year.

Each recertification evaluates the consistency of positive assessments from the past and verifies if any changes made meet the requirements set forth by legislation, regulators, and case law for an organization.. This year, there was a specific focus on the processor agreements we conclude with educational institutions in The Netherlands; these are drawn up in accordance with the agreements in the ‘Privacy in Education’ covenant.   And the great thing is: we passed with flying colours, of course!

At Prowise, we not only uphold the guidelines of the Privacy Verified certificate but also implement them actively in our daily operations.
