New Features and a Fresh Look for Prowise Screen Control

At Prowise, we are continuously working to make the management of digital classrooms as effortless as possible. We recently implemented a major update to the Prowise Screen Control portal. This enhancement provides IT specialists and schools with even more tools for overview, analysis, and device management.

What’s New?

We have listened to your feedback and added features that save time and offer deeper insights:

• Revamped Dashboards: Get a clear overview of your organizations, collections, and devices at a glance.
• Smart Insights: Use historical online information and anomaly detection to track device status over time and instantly flag unusual behavior.
• Improved Management: Gain clearer insight into permissions, settings, and active overrides.
• More Export Options: Easily export data for your own analyses or reports.

Support for all Prowise Devices

The revamped portal is the central hub for managing all Prowise interactive whiteboards:

• EDLA (Prowise Touchscreen Ten G4): Management of our latest EDLA-certified screens is exclusively available in this revamped portal.
• Windows (Prowise Touchscreen Max): Behind the scenes, we are working hard on supporting Central for Windows, which will offer extensive remote management options.
• Prowise Central: The familiar older generations will also continue to receive improvements and new features within this portal.

Important: Transition to the New Portal

Now that the update is live, we are definitively phasing out the old environment. As of Friday, April 17, 2026, the old portal will be decommissioned. From that date, users will automatically be redirected to the improved Prowise Screen Control environment for the best experience.
