At the end of the term, your account will be converted into a free account automatically, and you will continue to enjoy the Pro account’s benefits as you were before.

Please contact presenter@prowise.com. You will receive one package with one administrator who has the authority to create users. The package is fitted with an import functionality. Users that already have a Prowise account can import their accounts into the package this way.
