In which environment you don’t have internet? In Prowise Central, the OPS PC module or both?
In the OPS PC module:
If you are not able to connect to the internet solely in the OPS PC module, then please make sure you connect the PC module to the network separately. This can be via UTP cable or WiFi network.
Make sure that not only the PC module, but also Prowise Central is connected to a network to enable OTA updates.
In Prowise Central:
When there is no internet connection in Prowise Central, then go through the following steps to connect to a wired or WiFi network.
Connect to a wired network:
Connect the network cable to the LAN port (2) of the touchscreen. The touchscreen automatically detect the network and connect to it.
