Security in Prowise Presenter starts with Microsoft Azure. Your data is optimally protected against attacks by continuous monitoring and state-of-the-art hardware and software. Servers that contain confidential information have been totally disconnected from the Internet and all the connections are protected by HTTPS. All the servers are 100% under Prowise administration.

Handy management tool

With a Presenter Account, the administrator has access to our Administration Module. The tool includes management reports, which provide insight into how and how often Presenter is used by individual teachers. Managing teachers at different locations has never been so easy.

Privacy is our main focus

Extremely strong coding ensures that all the data is given additional protection. In Europe, the USA and Australia, data is only saved within the national borders. Annual external audits and independent certifications guarantee that our privacy standard meets the highest requirements. Therefore we have achieved the Privacy Verified Certificate. This certificate recognizes that our privacy practices meet applicable regulatory and industry standards. All data processing goes well beyond all the legislation and regulations regarding protection of personal privacy. We process all your data in accordance with the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act.

Simple user management

Use the Administration Module to efficiently manage users and locations. You can manually enter new users. Large (user) groups can be added as an Excel or CSV file with one click of a button. By assigning a number of administrators within your management team or school, you can ensure good implementation within your organisation.

Efficiently import other files

Do you want to import a large number of lessons that were not created in Prowise Presenter? You can import PDF, Microsoft Office, IWB and Notebook files with the click of a button.
