- Filing a complaint
You can submit your complaint by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt.
- Your complaint will be dealt with
The complaint will be dealt with by the officer responsible within Prowise. Your feedback will be dealt with in a private matter, as you can expect from us. If the responsible officer has any questions or uncertainties, he/she will contact you.
On the basis of the information collected a solution will be offered to you. You may always expect a personal reply from Prowise.
