The new Prowise Service Portal will provide many benefits. For example, the system is linked to all your contact moments with the Prowise Customer Service department. Whether you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, it will all be recorded in your ticket(s) or account. You can also easily create a report (ticket) yourself and follow the status of your report.
